![]() | Ed Lihvarchik (PT) - Owner Ed is from Ebensburg, PA. He grew up playing football, baseball and basketball. He had a baseball scholarship to West Liberty State College, but unfortunately tore his ACL which ended his baseball career. Ed finished undergraduate school at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and knew he wanted to become a physical therapist. He attended Shenandoah University Program in Physical Therapy and graduated in 2001. Ed particularly enjoys working with athletes and challenges them to become the best at their sport. |
![]() | Amy Lihvarchik (PT) - Owner Amy grew up in Madison, New Jersey and after twelve years moved to the Northwest with her family. After high school they moved to Baltimore where she attended McDaniel College. She went to physical therapy school at Shenandoah and this is where she met Ed. Following graduation they moved to Phoenix and got married in Maui a few years later. She and Ed have handsome twin boys named Alex and Braeden. |
![]() | Jamil Loman (PT) Jamil is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. He attended St. Louis University and received a Masters degree from Washington University. After getting married, Jamil and his wife, Brenda, moved to Phoenix in 1999. Jamil has been a physical therapist for 14 years. He and Brenda are involved in greyhound rescue and have 3 greyhounds of their own. They enjoy biking and have an adorable son named Mateo. |

![]() | Tom Arnold (PTA) Tom was born and raised in BrookPark, Ohio. He attended Cleveland Institute of Technology, Apollo College, and Gateway Community College where he received his PTA degree. Tom enjoys hiking, outdoor activities, sports, and enjoys spending time with his six year old son. Tom also enjoys grilling and watching the food network for their outstanding recipes. |

She went to school in St. Louis at Saint Louis University for undergraduate, master's and transitional DPT degrees. In her spare time Ann enjoys spending time outdoors, running, hiking and traveling. |
![]() | Sue Dahl-Popolizio (OTR/L CHT) Sue is a practicing occupational Therapist and a board certified hand therapist and upper extremity specialist (CHT). Sue has nearly 18 years experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist, and has practiced in multiple settings, but has always included the provision of therapy in an out-patient orthopedic setting as part of her practice. She has experience treating post-surgical and non-surgical hand and upper extremity issues, and has spent time working closely with hand surgeons, insuring patients' specific needs are met. She has started up and developed 4 out-patient hand therapy clinics to date, and currently she is working as the hand and upper extremity specialist for APEX Physical Therapy. She is also a student at Arizona State University, in the Doctorate of Behavioral Health program. She chose this program because of its focus on cost-effective integrated patient care and increased patient involvement in their own care. This philosophy keeps our program patient centered and cost effective. |
![]() | Tracy King - Marketing Director Tracy is originally from Southern California. She graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in experimental design. After working four years at UC Irvine in the dept. of neurobiology research, she relocated to Phoenix to begin a 27 year career in Pharmaceutical Sales. In 2008 she “retired” from pharmaceuticals to become the Marketing Director at Apex…….having originally been a patient there with low back pain! Tracy enjoys wine tasting and cooking with her sweetheart of eight years, Dale. And she loves her bichon frise, Mr. Tuffy, who also enjoys going to “Yappy Hour”. |
