Ed Lihvarchik (PT) - Owner
Ed is from Ebensburg, PA. Ed is certified to perform Dry Needling and has experienced great outcomes with this treatment. He grew up playing football, baseball and basketball. He had a baseball scholarship to West Liberty State College, but unfortunately tore his ACL which ended his baseball career. Ed finished undergraduate school at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and knew he wanted to become a physical therapist. He attended Shenandoah University Program in Physical Therapy and graduated in 2001. Ed particularly enjoys working with athletes and challenges them to become the best at their sport.

Amy Lihvarchik (PT) - Owner
Amy grew up in Madison, New Jersey and after twelve years moved to the Northwest with her family. After high school they moved to Baltimore where she attended McDaniel College. She went to physical therapy school at Shenandoah and this is where she met Ed. Following graduation they moved to Phoenix and got married in Maui a few years later. She and Ed have handsome twin boys named Alex and Braeden.

Tom Arnold, PTA
Tom was born and raised in BrookPark, Ohio. He attended Cleveland Institute of Technology, Apollo College, and Gateway Community College where he received his PTA degree. Tom enjoys hiking, outdoor activities, sports, and enjoys spending time with his son. Tom also enjoys grilling and watching the food network for their outstanding recipes.

James Thomson, PT
James is originally from Geneseo, New York. He attended the University of Arizona where he received his Bachelor of Science in Health-Exercise Science and received his Masters in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis. He is married to his wife Mickie and they have 4 children, 3 girls and 1 boy. Jamie has been a physical therapist since 1995. He enjoys sports, especially football, and is an avid reader of detective/murder mystery/medical drama books.

Tracy King - Marketing Director
Tracy is originally from Southern California. She graduated summa cum laude from California State University, Long Beach with a degree in experimental design. After working four years at UC Irvine in the dept. of neurobiology research, she relocated to Phoenix to begin a 27 year career in Pharmaceutical Sales. In 2008 she “retired” from pharmaceuticals to become the Marketing Director at Apex…….having originally been a patient there with low back pain! Tracy enjoys wine tasting, cooking, and traveling. She loves her bichon frise. Mr. Tuffy, who also enjoys going to “Yappy Hour”.

Christina Webb, PT
Christina is originally from Niagara Falls, Canada. She received her Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University, and Masters in Physical Therapy from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY. Christina has been a physical therapist since 2007 and in her spare time enjoys watching sports, playing soccer, and traveling.

Gregg Potter, PT
Gregg graduated from Arizona State University in 1986 with his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. He spent 7 years working as a fitness director and personal trainer in the Phoenix area. He then went on to obtain his Masters in Physical Therapy from Chapman University in 1995. Since receiving his MPT, Gregg has continued enhancing his expertise in assessing orthopedic conditions, identifying movement dysfunctions and studying contemporary concepts in sports medicine, including certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling. Gregg has a particular interest in working to rehabilitate patients with hip and shoulder injuries and has taken an interest in assisting youth manage their orthopedic injuries in the areas of ballet, track & field, and football. In his spare time, Gregg takes an interest in travel, healthy eating and likes to hike and attend his daughters sports and ballet performances.

Lindsay Mangan, DPT
Lindsay is originally from Huntington Beach, CA. She attended Concordia University in Portland, OR where she received her degree in Exercise and Sports Science while playing collegiate volleyball. Lindsay went on to receive her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Northern Arizona University at the Phoenix Biomedical Campus. Lindsay enjoys helping people return to an active lifestyle through the use of manual therapy and functional exercise. In her free time she enjoys being outdoors, hiking, running, camping, and spending time with friends and family.

Erika Finn, DPT
Erika moved from Massachusetts to Arizona during her sophomore year of college. She received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in Winchester, Virginia. Erika looks forward to facilitating a healthier and more active lifestyle in her diverse patient population. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and spending time with family/friends.

Katrina Kain, DPT, ATC
Katrina grew up in Indianapolis, IN. She received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of Evansville in Evansville, Indiana. She enjoyed working as a certified athletic training throughout graduate school. Katrina enjoys working with orthopedic patients, athletes, and adolescents. She enjoys watching sports, traveling, hiking, and her two kitties.
